Creamy Strawberry Milkshake

A pink vanilla ice cream milkshake with fresh strawberries and honey.

Yield

1 glass of about 400 ml

Ingredients

• 240 g large scoops of vanilla ice cream
• 150 g ripe strawberries, hulled
• 120 ml cold whole milk
• 15 ml honey
• Whipped cream, to finish
• 2 fanned strawberries, to finish
• 1 piece of butter cookie, to finish

Method

1. Set aside 30 g of the strawberries and cut them into small cubes.
2. Blend the ice cream, the remaining strawberries, the milk and the honey for 30 seconds.
3. Serve in the glass and spread the reserved cubes over the drink.
4. Finish with whipped cream, the fanned strawberries and the cookie piece.

How to serve: Position the strawberries and the cookie over the whipped cream without hiding the fruit cubes.
